This 1856 Victorian house is located in the heart of Saxonburg, PA on Main Street. Saxonburg is an historic town founded in 1832 by German engineer John Roebling, who's later claim to fame came with his invention of wire rope cable. He later used his product in 1846 in the construction of the Smithfield Street Bridge in Pittsburgh, PA and 1884 the Brooklyn Bridge in New York.
KDKA Radio also first set up shop a few miles from this location and is now the oldest radio station East of the Mississippi.
